How do you verify card condition?
We share high-resolution photos and videos of every card before purchase. You can check the front, back, edges, corners, and surface condition in detail. We only proceed after you are fully satisfied with the card's condition.
How long does sourcing take?
Typical sourcing takes 1–3 weeks. For exceptionally rare or vintage cards, it may take longer. We keep you updated on progress throughout.
How do I receive my cards?
We offer in-person handoff at a designated location in Tokyo, or at a mutually agreed meeting point. You or your authorized representative can collect the cards directly from us.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (domestic JPY) for customers in Japan, and Wise for overseas customers — Wise only; international bank wires (SWIFT) and cash cannot be accepted. All prices are settled in Japanese yen: you pay 120% of the source price up front (including a non-refundable 20% engagement fee that counts toward the 40% service fee), then the remaining balance by transfer once the card is secured.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes — orders are accepted from a combined source price of ¥50,000. Multiple cards can be combined to reach the minimum; there is no per-card minimum.
