Service Description	Sourcing of Pokemon trading cards from the Japanese market. Services include card procurement, condition verification via WhatsApp with photos and videos, market consultation, and in-person handoff at a designated location in Tokyo or a mutually agreed meeting point.
Pricing	Prices vary depending on the specific card, its condition, rarity, current market value, and exchange rates. Prices displayed on the website are indicative, include the 40% service fee, and may be slightly higher or lower in practice. The binding sales price is the amount quoted and agreed with the customer on WhatsApp before purchase. All prices are denominated in Japanese Yen (JPY); foreign-currency figures are indicative conversions.

Payment Flow	Upon order confirmation, the customer pays 120% of the source price in advance (bank transfer or Wise). This consists of the source price (100%) plus a non-refundable engagement fee of 20%, which counts toward the 40% service fee. Sourcing begins after payment is received. Once the card is secured, the customer pays the remaining balance (actual source price × 140% minus the amount already paid) by transfer. The total is always the actual source price plus the 40% service fee, and receipt of the balance concludes the contract. The in-person handoff is then scheduled. No payment takes place at handoff. All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY). Minimum order: combined source price of ¥50,000 or more (multiple cards can be combined).
Delivery Times	1–3 weeks from sourcing request to in-person handoff, depending on card availability and scheduling. Timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on card availability.
Returns and Refunds	Quality claims: Full refund within 30 days of handoff if a card is found to be materially misrepresented. Condition discrepancies: Contact us within 7 days of handoff with photographic evidence. Resolution may include partial refund, exchange, or full refund at our discretion. Non-returnable: Cards that have been tampered with or altered post-handoff; custom sourcing orders matching agreed specifications. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
Cancellation Policy	Before handoff (regardless of sourcing status): The engagement fee (20% of the source price) is retained and deducted from the total amount already paid; the remainder is refunded.
